We will always do our best to ship your items as soon as possible, but please allow up to a week for processing.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon at the time of checkout. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the problem. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping, but will always do our best to resolve the situation.

We take great pride in the quality of our goods but if for any reason you aren't satisfied, we do accept the return of items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or we will refund your purchase.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
